What is Practitioner Access?
Under the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Act) 1991 all Australian companies are required to obtain proof of eligability from their clients before sending them therapeutic information or prescribed products. To be eligable, you must be either a registered health care professional or a member of one of the 39 approved Associations listed.
As a result, a substantial amount of the information provided on the Nutrition Care web site is therefore available only to Registered Healthcare Practitioners (in compliance with Australian TGA 1991).
NOTE: The requirements imposed by TGA 1991 are applicable only to Australian companies and residents. International visitors are requested to adhere to any government legislation, statutes or other legal requirements relevant and/or specific to their country or region.
Who Should Apply for Practitioner Access?
Application is open to Registered Healthcare Practitioners and Students studying relevant Accredited Courses.
We regretfully advise Practitioner Access is not available to the Australian general public.
Our formulations and corresponding literature are designed to assist: Medical Practitioners and Naturopaths, Chiropractors / Osteopaths, Practitioner Pharmacists, Sports Medicine physicians, Physical Medicine physicians, Homoeopaths (Nutritional only), Medical Herbalists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Masseurs, Acupuncturists and students of the relevant fields.
What are the Benefits of Practitioner Access?
Practitioner Access has the advantage of making an extensive collection of fully cross-referenced Nutrition Care product literature and technical documents available on-line, including the Nutrition Care Desktop Prescriber and Nutrition Care Practitioner Manual. These are complete, unabridged and comprehensively referenced documents totaling hundreds of pages.
Seminar information, Health Industry related bulletins and technical updates will also available with Practitioner Access.
